Vehicles That Have Been Properly Maintained
Rental vehicle maintenance isn't just a legal requirement — it affects how the car drives, how it responds in traffic, and how you feel about the week ahead. Carviste's fleet follows a fixed servicing schedule. Oil changes, tyre checks, brake inspections, and air conditioning service are all carried out on a rolling basis.
Before any weekly booking, the assigned vehicle goes through a pre-rental checklist covering fluid levels, tyre pressure, exterior condition, and in-car equipment. If something doesn't meet our standard, a replacement vehicle is prepared instead.

Mid-Tier and Premium plan customers receive a named point of contact from booking confirmation through to the end-of-week return. That person is familiar with your booking details and can answer questions without putting you on hold while they look up your file.
Weekly Rates That Include What's Stated
Each Carviste plan is a complete package at a single price. The Compact plan at RM 540 includes the vehicle, a mid-week check, a standard mileage allowance, and a relaxed return window. The Mid-Tier plan at RM 2,000 adds a sedan-class vehicle, on-request cleaning, and dedicated support. The Premium plan at RM 4,500 includes door-step delivery and an end-of-week written summary.
Nothing in those descriptions is charged separately after the fact. If a service is listed as included in a plan, it's included.

Door-Step Delivery on Premium
The Premium plan includes delivery of the vehicle to your chosen address in the Ampang area and collection at the end of the seven days. No need to arrange separate transport to our base location.
End-of-Week Vehicle Summary
Premium plan returns include a written summary covering fuel level, exterior condition notes, and mileage used. This record is shared with the customer at the point of handover.
Mid-Rental Cleaning on Request
Mid-Tier customers can request a scheduled interior cleaning between days, organised through their point of contact. A practical option for longer stays or business use during the week.
Relaxed Return Window
The Compact plan includes a built-in relaxed return window, giving you some flexibility around the exact return time on day seven. Details are confirmed at booking to suit your schedule.
