01

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site recognise your browser on a subsequent visit and recall certain information — like your preferences or browsing session. Cookies do not access other data on your device.

Websites use cookies for a variety of reasons: to keep pages functioning correctly, to understand how visitors navigate the site, and to support relevant communication. You remain in control of which optional cookies you allow.

02

Cookie Types We Use

Essential Cookies

Always active

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as setting cookie preferences or navigating between pages. Without them, core parts of the site would not work correctly.

Session management Cookie consent storage Security tokens Form submission integrity

Analytics Cookies

Optional

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website — which pages are viewed most often, how long visitors stay, and where they arrived from. This information is aggregated and does not identify individual users. It helps us improve the site over time.

Page view tracking Session duration Traffic source data Device type reporting

Marketing Cookies

Optional

Marketing cookies may be set by advertising networks we work with. They can build a profile of your interests and show you relevant content on other websites. These cookies do not store directly personal information but are based on a unique identifier for your browser.

Ad personalisation Conversion tracking Cross-site reach measurement Retargeting

Preference Cookies

Optional

Preference cookies allow the website to remember choices you have made — such as your region, language setting, or display options — so your experience is more consistent when you return. Disabling these means the site may not remember your settings between visits.

Your Cookie Preferences

Use the toggles above or the buttons below to set your preferences. Your choices are saved to your browser and sync with the cookie banner on the main site.

04

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. We do not control these cookies and they are governed by the respective third party's own cookie and privacy policies.

Google Analytics

Aggregated usage data to help us understand site performance. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Maps

An embedded map on our main page may set cookies associated with Google's mapping service.

Social Media Platforms

Where social sharing or following links are present, their respective platforms may set cookies subject to their own policies.

05

Cookie Duration

Session Cookies

Temporary cookies that are removed from your device as soon as you close your browser. They retain no information after your session ends.

Persistent Cookies

Cookies that remain on your device for a set period — ranging from a few days to up to 2 years — or until you delete them manually. Your consent record is stored as a persistent cookie.

06

Managing Cookies in Your Browser

All major browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling optional cookies will not affect the core browsing experience on most pages, but some features may be limited.

Google Chrome

Open Chrome and select the three-dot menu in the top right corner, then choose Settings. Under Privacy and security, select Cookies and other site data. From here you can block third-party cookies, clear existing cookies, or set up exceptions for specific sites. To delete stored cookies, choose See all cookies and site data and remove individual entries or clear all.

Mozilla Firefox

Open the Firefox menu (three horizontal lines) and go to Settings, then Privacy & Security. Under the Cookies and Site Data section, you can manage stored cookies, block cookies, and set enhanced tracking protection. Click Manage Data to view and remove cookies from specific sites.

Apple Safari

On a Mac, open Safari > Preferences > Privacy. You can block all cookies or prevent cross-site tracking. To view and delete individual cookies, click Manage Website Data. On iOS, go to Settings > Safari and toggle the options under Privacy & Security.

Microsoft Edge

Open the Edge menu (three dots) and select Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data. You can allow, block, or clear cookies here. Edge also offers a built-in tracking prevention feature under Privacy, search, and services with three levels of protection.

Mobile Browsers: On Android, access cookie settings through your browser's menu under Site settings or Privacy. On iPhone and iPad, manage Safari cookie settings via the iOS Settings app.

07

Your Rights

Right to withdraw consent: You may change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the preference controls on this page. Withdrawing consent will not affect anything that occurred before you withdrew it.

Right to information: You have the right to know what data is collected through cookies. This policy aims to provide a clear and accessible overview.

Effect of disabling cookies: Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using the main features of this website. However, analytics data that helps us improve the site will no longer be collected from your device.

Contact us: For questions about how cookies are used or to request further information, you are welcome to write to us at [email protected].

This policy is consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia and generally accepted data transparency practices.
